OTHER - !!! WE GO TO FRANCE !!!!

As you know the next week we are going to go to bourdeaux (is the name in french). But before going there we had to study about the place,areas,monuments..So i thought it would be interesting to show in a video how is the city and some interesting things that maybe you don´t know.
I hope you will like it.

UNIT - 6 ELECTRICITY

If after the exam you haven´t understand  all the different types of electric circuits we have, here is a video that i found that also explains perfectly how does a mixed circuit work but especially the series and parallel ones we have seen in class with the famous formula of resistance really important in our exam;so i decided to put a video to support your data.I liked it because it uses many pictures and it is very similar to the explanation in class.
I hope you will like it

UNIT 6- ELECTRICITY

Here is a video that i found really interesting because it shows the water analogy that we were seen in class the other day and also how works a water circuit which can help us to find the difference between a electrical circuit and a water one ,which is likely  the same but using water instead of electric current but in this case with pressure and pipes.
I hope you will like it

e-book or book?

some people read books in electonic suports but not all do this, the biggest part read in normall books but...
do you really thing that this is better?
check this advantages about ebooks
-you can have a lots of books for free in a small support
-the same as a normal book
-very simple to purchase and download books from internet
-they aren´t made with paper so you dont pollute
-they take up less space

after read this why you dont try one?

UNIT 6 - ELECTRICITY

Here is a really good video about the power of electricity and also how can we generate them with generators .
I found this video really interesting because it shows some topics we are working with like the resistance , the voltage,amperage... It is one of the best videos of electricity i have watched because it is an easy form to explain in only 5 minutes the big topic of electricity.
I hope you will like it

UNIT 6 - ELECTRICITY

Here is an amazing but stupid video about a simple toy for children in America which shows how can we transform our body in conductive of electricity only using the imagination and a simple tube which works with a simple battery and works as bulbs but without any protector .
It can be dangerous if you don´t use it correctly but really useful(that´s electricity)

UNIT 6 - ELECTRICITY

Here is a really short and simple video but in my opinion really good because it shows perfectly one of the most important effect of electric circuits and currents, you are right : it´ is the magnetic effect which is one of the major effects of electric current in use, without the applications of which we cannot have motors in the existing world. A current carrying conductor creates a magnetic field around it, which can be comprehended by using magnetic lines of force or magnetic field lines. The nature of the magnetic field lines around a straight current carrying conductor is concentric circles with centre at the axis of the conductor. The direction of the magnetic field lines of force around a conductor is given by the Maxwell’s right hand grip rule or the right handed cork screw rule. The strength of the magnetic field created depends on the current through the conductor. If the conductor is in the form of a circular loop, the loop behaves like a magnet. If the current in the loop is in the anticlockwise direction, a north pole is formed and if the current is in the clockwise direction a south pole is formed.
A current carrying conductor in the form of a rectangular loop behaves like a magnet and when suspended in an external magnetic field experiences force. The direction of the force is given by Fleming’s left hand rule. This gives the basis for an electric motor. An electric motor essentially consists of a coil as an armature, a split ring commutator for changing the direction of the current in the coil. There are two brushes linked with the split rings that maintain the contact with the armature for the current flow. Electric motor converts electrical energy to mechanical energy.
A number of such loops form a coil and the coil is termed solenoid. If there is a soft iron core in the solenoid, it behaves like a magnet as long as there is current through the coil. Thus it is an electromagnet.
